Datasets are growing at exponential rates, incorporating a myriad of file types and media, and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) have imposed strict guidelines and time requirements. As a result, lawyers are not only pressured to find relevant and responsive data quickly, but within budget.

Inference Data’s philosophy is to provide the most comprehensive services, including hosting, review, analysis, project management and production, while ensuring that all pricing and billing is clear and accurate. Inference’s pricing schedule is simple and predictable: there are no hidden costs, surprises, or hourly charges. Inference’s pricing structure consists of two primary fees:: i) data normalization and indexing, and ii) hosting charges, both of which are billed on a per GB basis only on delivered GB (there are no charges for additional system or data files created during the hosting period). Additionally, all project management, consultation and initial onsite training sessions are included and there are no usage or click charges for analytics, coding, exports or productions directly from the system.

Inference’s pricing for hosting, review, and analysis is all-inclusive, and clients can expect that over the lifetime of a project, pricing will remain consistent with the original proposal.
