Inference Metrics Reporting & Monitoring
The Inference Metrics Portal provides a layer of active monitoring and reporting tools that allow administrators to gain valuable insight into review progress, user performance, coding statistics, and quality control. Accessible from a customizable dashboard interface, Metrics monitors all actions in real-time across all users and hosted matters, and provides detailed analysis into the actions, trends, and status of an eDiscovery project.
Inference’s reporting feature set offers a custom report structure that provide statistics through summary graphs and detailed analyses, allowing administrators to manage reviewers and teams of reviewers, including both inside and outside counsel, and multiple cases all from one view. Metrics offers the highest level of transparency to facilitate collaboration, improve review efficiencies, and streamline case objectives, from a single customizable dashboard.

Administrators can select from a variety of different reporting refinements to view actions across a repository, such as reviewer progress displaying documents reviewed or actions performed over a specified time period.
