Mira Edelman is a litigator with more than eight years’ experience handling discovery matters in
complex litigation and a founding member of the eDiscovery Committee of the Washington, D.C.
Bar Association Litigation Section. Ms. Edelman has developed firm-wide “best practices” at
Hughes Hubbard & Reed for handling eDiscovery, and managed various aspects of document
review and production in federal courts and multi-district litigation. She also advises the firm’s
litigation teams with respect to negotiating the scope and terms of discovery.
Nicholas Croce has dedicated the last 15 years of his career to developing advanced electronic
discovery technologies. As president of Inference Data, he has led the development of the
