Mr. Croce’s official title will be President & CEO, and he will continue overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. Former CEO Lou Andreozzi will maintain his involvement with Inference Data as Chair of the company’s board of directors.
Mr. Croce is the founder of Inference Data who has dedicated the last 15 years of his career to developing advanced electronic discovery and legal technologies.
