Inference Data Sponsors Panel to Present on
Electronic Discovery & the Business of Law at The Masters Conference

NEW YORK, NY (October 15, 2008) –Inference Data President Nicholas Croce will be offering a presentation at the Masters Conference session addressing electronic discovery's impact on law firm business structure. The presentation, "Transforming the Law Firm: Using Electronic Discovery & Technology as a Business Tool," will be held on Friday, October 17 at 10:30 am in the Ronald Regan Building & International Trade Center.

Nicholas Croce has dedicated the last 15 years of his career to developing advanced electronic discovery technologies. As president of Inference Data, he has led the development of the company's advanced analytics software for electronic discovery, Inference, and advises major law firms on incorporating e-discovery technology into their business models.

Joining Croce on the panel is Cathleen Peterson, an attorney at the firm Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dorr ("WilmerHale"). Patterson is a councel in the WilmerHale's Litigation Department and member of the firm's E-Discovery Committee. Ms. Peterson's primary emphasis is electronic discovery management and etchnology. Her practice includes largest SEC inquires, complex litigation and internal investigations. She also provides counseling on regulatory compliance and data retention policies.

The panel will discuss how corporations are addressing e-discovery costs and risks, how technology is changing the relationship between law firms and their corporate clients, and how the evolving e-discovery enivornment offers opportunities for law firms.
